SAFETY ACCESS SYSTEMS
Skyline offers four types of safety access systems including ladders, staircases, platforms, and confined space access system. These can be used to have a safe way to get up or down another level or story in a safe and efficient manner.
LADDERS
Skyline offers multiple types of ladders. Fixed ladders that are permanently mounted, or removable ladders that clip onto a mount. Our ladders are available in aluminum, galvanized or powder coat finish. However, for safety reasons, only one person can be on a ladder at a time which could slow things down.
We also offer ladder safety systems to help arrest falls from taller ladders.
Practical Applications: Access to roofs or multiple roof levels, access to large machinery, mezzanines, or platforms & more.
STAIRCASES
We offer a variety of staircases - from steep ship stair to a standard large stairway. Staircases are a great option for getting from one floor to another while maintaining the ability to carry supplies or tools up and down them easily. Stair cases are also the optimal choice for a high traffic pathway as multiple users can be on them at the same time.
Practical Applications: Access to roofs or multiple roof levels, access to large machinery or mezzanines, or platforms & more.
PLATFORMS
Platforms are a great option to create a nice raised floor, turning a hard to reach area into a simple task. Platforms can also be level with the floor & just extend the walking surface in the form of a balcony or catwalk.
Practical Applications: Mechanical Rooms, large machinery, cooling towers, train stations & more.
CONFINED SPACE
A confined space entry system provides a safe and reliable way for workers to access and exit restricted areas such as tanks, wells, and pipelines. Designed for both personnel protection and rapid rescue, these systems combine lifting, fall protection, and retrieval equipment to ensure safety and compliance in hazardous environments.
