WELDABLE ROOF ANCHOR
The weldable roof anchor is used on new steel frame construction. The anchor is field
welded to the structural steel beams. Web- stiffeners may be needed on I-beams for
added torsional resistance. |
 |
ADHESIVE ROOF ANCHOR
The adhesive roof anchor is used on roof or floor slabs with at least 8 inches of
concrete. The roof anchor is attached to the structure with four adhesive studs. |
 |
JOIST WRAP ROOF ANCHOR
The joist wrap anchor is used to attach to steel bar joist roof supports. The anchor is
attached to the bar joist with four stainless steel bolts and an underside support plate.
An underside steel beam or tube is added to span two additional joists for increased
strength against rotation. |
 |
I-BEAM WRAP ROOF ANCHOR
The I-beam wrap anchor is used to attach to structural beams where the roof or floor
slabs are not strong enough for the additional loading. The I-beam wrap is attached to the
beam with four stainless steel bolts and a steel underside plate. In some cases webstiffeners
are added to the beam for increased strength against beam rotation. |
 |
BOLT THROUGH WALL ANCHOR
The bolt through wall anchor is used to attach to the sides of steel I-beams or tubes.
The wall anchor is attached to the structure with a stainless steel bolt. |
 |
ADHESIVE WALL ANCHOR
The adhesive wall anchor is used on concrete walls, concrete curbs, and precast or
concrete parapet structures. The wall anchor is attached to the structure with four
adhesive studs. |
 |
BOLT THROUGH ROOF ANCHOR
The bolt through roof anchor is used on roof or floor slabs with less than 8” of concrete.
The roof anchor is attached to the structure with a stainless steel bolt and an underside
steel plate or tube. |
 |
COLUMN WRAP ANCHOR
The column wrap anchor is used to attach to an exposed column such as mechanical
supports and screen wall columns. The column wrap anchor is attached to the structure
with two stainless steel bolts and a steel backer plate. |
 |
PIPE WRAP ANCHOR
The pipe wrap anchor is used on existing pipe columns. The anchor is clamped to the
existing pipe with two bolts located on the flanges. Two interior bolts are inserted through
the existing pipe to prevent rotation. |

DAVITS
DAVIT BASES · PERMANENT · PORTABLE
Davits are the anchorage method of choice for swing stage applications. Davits are used
to reach over parapets or other exterior walls. Portable davits can be moved from davit
base to base eliminating the need for permanent davits at every location. |
|
 |
HORIZONTAL RIGGING SLEEVES
SINGLE POST · DOUBLE POST · ROTATING
Horizontal rigging sleeves are also a method of choice for swing stage applications. The
rigging sleeve boom is perfect for penetrating openings constructed in exterior or parapet
walls. Rotating rigging sleeves are pivot around the single support post allowing a 90° turn.
Non-rotating rigging sleeves are available in single and double support post options. |
 |
VERTICAL RIGGING SLEEVES
PERMANENT · INSERTS · PIGEON HOLES
Vertical rigging sleeves are also a method of choice for swing stage or RDS applications.
The rigging sleeve boom is perfect for penetrating overhangs or cantilevered areas. Pigeon
holes are not structural members used in conjunction with portable rigging systems. |
 |
ALUMINUM ACCESS LADDERS
PERMANENT · CURVED · MOVABLE
All access ladders are manufactured specifically for each job. Ladders can be permanent
or constructed on wheels or a track system for rolling capabilities. Custom curved ladders
are constructed for access to dome or barrel structures. |
 |
HORIZONTAL LIFELINE
HANDS FREE · INTERCHANGE REQUIRED
Horizontal lifelines are mainly used for fall restraint applications. The horizontal lifeline
provides a means for accessing areas within six feet of the roof’s edge that lacks the
proper guardrail/parapet height. |
 |
MONORAIL
STRAIGHT - CURVED - ANODIZED
Monorail is ideal for buildings that incorporate architectural overhangs or difficult direct
access. The monorail can be hidden in the ceiling or soffit structure providing an
esthetically pleasing appearance. |
